The Department of Computer Sciences, University of Alcalá pledges to offer open tools and training to guide IT professionals and beginners towards the best employability in the ICT profession through the most relevant competence framework, e-Competence Framework (e-CF EN16234), and the new labor classification ESCO.

Digital Leadership Institute

The Digital Leadership Institute pledges to promote greater participation of girls and women in ESTEAM (entrepreneurship, science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) sectors.

Digital Skills Academy

Digital Skills Academy pledges is to increase the number of digitally-skilled employees across Europe by reskilling 1,600 job-seekers in Ireland, with the goal of 92% graduate employment, and upskilling 8,400 working professionals across Ireland, France, Germany, Greece, Spain, Portugal and the UK by 2020.

Fondazione Fenice onlus

Fondazione Fenice pledges to involve nearly 12.000 students per year, visitors to Fenice Green Energy Park, in free educational activities on digital topics.


ISACA commits to 15,000 certification exams delivered in the EU by the end of 2020 within our various offerings to further the career development of information and technology governance, cyber security, audit and assurance professionals. A constantly changing landscape of ever-evolving technologies and security threats makes certifications, credentialing, and continued professional education more important than ever. At the same time, results of ISACA’s 2018 State of Cybersecurity Study show the difficulty that enterprises continue to experience in recruiting qualified personnel to fill security positions. ISACA commits to answering this urgent call for skilled IT security and audit professionals in Europe, building on its membership strength, vision and global reach.

K2 Partnering Solutions

K2 Partnering Solutions, through K2 University, is pledging to help close the digital skills gap in Europe by training 800 IT professionals, 1,000 students and 400 Workforce Professionals in the key technology growth areas of SAP and Salesforce, to become SAP consultants and Salesforce professionals.


Likta commits to provide high quality digital skills courses to 7,000 SMEs employees and 1,500 ICT professionals in Latvia in the period 2017-2020. The courses will be organised by LIKTA within 2 projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.

Lithuania National Coalition

The National Digital Coalition of Lithuania is pledging to establish in the period 2017-2020 a comprehensive strategy to raise public awareness of the importance of digital skills and competences; attract more young people to ICT and other sciences studies and professions; ensure the acquisition of digital skills also when learning other professions and for citizens; support the establishment of IT business and development of the digital market.

Palo Alto Networks - Academy Programme

The Palo Alto Networks Academy will provide cybersecurity courseware, certifications, faculty training, instructional resources, and enterprise security platform lab technology at no cost to qualified European academic institutions. We will also be actively involved in sponsoring and supporting collegiate and secondary cybersecurity competitions in Europe.

Symfony Nursery

Symfony Nursery is a collective action, which gathers Pole Emploi to source candidates, Webforce 3 to host training sessions and SensioLabs to coordinate the project design the training program. Symfony Nursery has the objective to train jobseekers, helping them to upgrade their skills to find a qualified sustainable job. Symfony Nursery pledges to train 105 people in France until the end of 2018.
