The Digital Leadership Institute aims to promote greater participation of girls and women in ESTEAM (entrepreneurship, science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) sectors.

The DLI pledges to promote digital and business skills to teen and adult women to address the social challenges which they uniquely face, provide training and onboarding for tracking experienced women in expert and leadership roles in digital, create digital skills and careers events for school students and lead the annual European Ada awards to recognise outstanding girls and women in digital in Europe and those individuals and organisations supporting them.
