The Observatorio del Trabajo Sénior 45+ aims to promote the digital inclusion of elderly Europeans both in their work and private lives through raising awareness campaigns and online teaching programmes in order to boost their digital skill abilities and knowledge and achieve required competencies for current and future jobs and contribute to the reduction of the unemployment levels within this age group.
