The Women and Technology Association aims to help women embrace digital transformation by assisting to develop skills and competences at all ages.

The association is pledging to run a multi-year project in Italy, focused on digital inclusion for women and on boosting young people’s employability through three main strands: “New jobs for the future”, “Re-thinking jobs” and “Generation Pact”.
