Transformify and Cross Border Talents Academy jointly commit to provide targeted e-learning courses and digital jobs to more than 100 job seekers by the end of 2018.
Specifically,Transformify commits to use the data about the digital skills gap gathered via Transformify’s CSR plaform (see http://pledgeviewer.eu/pledges/transformify-51.html ) to (i) Suggest targeted e–learning programmes - provided by Cross Border Talents Academy –to job seekers and (ii) Provide suitable digital jobs to those who have graduated from the e-learning programmes.
For its part,Cross Border Talents Academy will (i) Provide targeted e-learning training to job seekers willing to enhance their digital skills (see http://pledgeviewer.eu/pledges/cross-border-talents-academy-80.html), and (ii) Connect jobseekers that graduates from the e-learning courses with suitable digital jobs –provided by its partners and by Transformify.
Cross Border Talents Academywill train candidates based on companies’ needs: candidates are selected by companies looking to hire professionals with digital skills; candidates are then offered online IT courses with the guarantee of a job opportunity waiting for them if they finish course successfully. Training courses are targeted at low-skilled workers, which are then upskilled into medium-to-high skills programmers.
