FabLab@HPE is a project dedicated to the secondary level high schools, with the aim of developing high quality skills to manage a FabLab inside the schools. The project will deploy soft skill competencies to manage a FabLab such as Project Managament, Team Working, Communication skills, Presentation skills, Time Management and Problem Solving.
Students will be involved at HPE in dedicated Laboratory project, with defined roles and responsibilities, acting as a team, with weekly meetings facilitated by HPE, to live and get a first person experience on how a Company works. At the end of the project, the involved students will be able to manage a FabLab, while promoting initially events for the primary level high schools students, focusing on coding skills.
