European Digital SME Alliance

European Digital SME Alliance

The campaign #digitalSMEs4skills will enroll hundreds of digital SMEs, such as software developers and tech integrators, which will transfer digital skills to people by offering them internships. Digital SMEs are companies, whose core business is to develop and offer software and other digital technologies to other companies, as well as to consumers. Thus they are digital providers. Each of these companies will have people performing internships during limited periods of time, typically 3 to 6 months. The people involved in the campaign through internships will have a direct experience at the stage of development and provision of digital technologies. This will provide experience and skills in the digital environment that will maximize the future employment chances. The target group of the campaign are: students, young practitioners, unemployed, elder and disabled people by offering internships. The objective is to reach 5000 people by 2019.
