Digital Skills Academy

Digital Skills Academy pledges is to increase the number of digitally-skilled employees across Europe by reskilling 1,600 job-seekers in Ireland, with the goal of 92% graduate employment, and upskilling 8,400 working professionals across Ireland and other European countries including France, Germany, Greece, Spain, Portugal and the United Kingdom by the year 2020. This goal will be achieved through the delivery of Digital Skills Academy's innovative, industry-linked digital technology online degree programmes, which have proven capabilities to deliver high employment outcomes for participants while simultaneously boosting the digital capabilities of partner companies. The digital skills gap across Europe will be reduced and the European digital economy will be strengthened as part of this initiative.

Digital Skills Academy's programmes focus on developing talent for the 21st century workplace by equipping jobseekers and professionals with the in-demand skills sought by organisations across Europe. Our programmes are closely aligned to industry, which not only ensures the skills our participants learn are relevant to the digital workplace, but also provide them with opportunities to develop industry-assigned digital projects which have direct employment opportunities.
