Cyberactive is pledging to enhance the Digital skills profile of the Irish Computer Society (ICS) membership base and non-member companies through content creation and delivery of workshops, conferences, trainings & individual company engagements. In two years, 3800 ICT professionals will be involved in Cyberactive’s activities, focused particularly on the "soft" skills element of the Digital Skills landscape.

CyberActive will contribute to the upskilling of the ICS membership base and non-member companies through content creation and delivery in workshop, conference, training & individual company engagements. The relevant content for this pledge is focused particularly on the "soft" skills element of the Digital Skills landscape. This “soft” focus includes the following areas: Big Picture Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Purpose-Driven Execution, Employee Engagement, Digital-Capable Org Models.

Chaired a Conference in Amsterdam on Digital Transformation and led specific discussion on DSJC/Skills initiative with ~140 attendees.
Several CyberActive Limited workshops conducted across different client companies with a focus on Soft Skills for ICT professionals ... currently 11 workshops completed with ~250 attendees to date.
Specific training class - focusing on soft skills education for ICT professionals - organised in conjunction with ICS completed, second scheduled.
