BeCode

BeCode

BeCode pledges to train 2 600 adults into digital professions by 2020. The 6-month full-time training, powered by Simplon.co, is fully free of charge for the participants and prior knowledge is not required. We don't care about their past, only about their future: we select solely based on motivation and eagerness to enter into a long term web develop adventure. The applied learning methodology is especially suitable for those who dropped out of traditional education before! The inclusive approach has proven to be an excellent bridge between the currently unemployed (for whatever reason) and the job market, where employers are looking for 12.000 digital skilled employees right now and this will only increase in the coming years. Starting with 100 pupils in 2017, BeCode will gear up to 1.500 trainees per year across at least 10 cities in Belgium by 2020.
