Academy Cube aims to strengthen tomorrow’s workforce and to open the door to new opportunities in the international labour market for motivated talents. Academy Cube connects talents with companies and offers practical course content with proven relevance for the industry.
 
Nearly 30,000 talents have registered on Academy Cube – with hundreds more joining each month. All talents have access to more than 1,700 e-learnings and 2,000 job vacancies. By now, thousands of talents have been trained via the Academy Cube taking courses in areas like Industry 4.0, IoT, Big Data, Cyber Security, (Software) Engineering etc.
 
Academy Cube pledges to have at least 500,000 registered talents that can apply to more than 50,000 jobs and are able to attend more than 2,000 e-learning courses by 2020.

Academy Cube

Academy Cube (AC) is a learning and matching platform for digital jobs with specific focus on the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) area.

Qualitative Impact

• Companies and universities from all over Europe provide learning content and jobs
• Combining learning content from multiple providers to curricula and link job profiles to courses and curricula
• AC as certification body for key certifications supporting the skill set for the digital transformation with company-wide curricula in Cyber Security, Data Scientist, Web Developer etc.
• A lifelong community for learning and career development
• A platform for corporate-wide self-assessment of skills for the digital enterprise and for delivery of learnings & certification on those skills
• Aligned with ESCO to provide international compatibility in skills classification (in cooperation with EU-funded project OPENSKIMR)
• Drive synergies and cooperation between companies as well as between industry, politics and academia
